Gentoo overlay

This Gentoo overlay provides a set of ebuilds for different programs which are not contained in the mainstream Gentoo portage. Feel free to get a copy via git.sthu.org. Some remarks on particular packages:

• The packages core and LEDA are exact arithmetics library for, but not limited to, Exact Geometric Compuation.

• joydevmap is a small userspace tool to change the axis and button mappings of joysticks and gamepads in Linux.

• smailq is a small mail queue for lightweight SMTP clients that do not feature a queue.

• sitarba is a small tar-based backup tool with automatic pruning of older backups.

• The package ipe is a drawing editor to create figures in PDF or EPS file format with CAD-type features and a special support for LaTeX. You may also be interested in my ipe stuff site.

  The ebuilds for version >=7.0.12 provide a use-flag ‘highprec’. If enabled a patch is applied which makes Ipe to write up to 14 decimal digits to its output files.

• The package cgal-ipelets compiles the ipelets (addons for Ipe) shipped with the CGAL.
